Ken is a frequent speaker and advocate on the subject of information security trends, developments, technologies and best practices across more than 15 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. He specializes in intrusion prevention, defence-in-depth, security management and regulatory compliance. At 3Com, Ken leads security initiatives and advocates the need for Secure Converged Networks to enterprises, governments and industry groups.

Ken contributes to the Asia-Pacific press regularly and has been quoted by respectable media such as ZDNet Asia, CNET, Computerworld Singapore, The Australian, The Business Times (Singapore), Computerworld New Zealand, The Edge (Malaysia), ZDNet Korea, Sydney Morning Herald, The Jakarta Post, The Manila Times and ZDNet Japan. Mr Low has been in the IT security and telecommunications industry for the last 10 years. He holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), the GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC) certifications and is an advisory board member of The SANS Institute, a prestigious information security research and training organization in the USA.
