Sam Ghebranious
Director for ASEAN, PatchLink

Mr. Ghebranious is the Director for ASEAN, leading the sales strategies in this territory. He brings over 22 years experience in IT Sales and Marketing management to the position.

Prior to this joining PatchLink, Mr.Ghebranious was the Managing Director Indian Sub-Continent for Borland Software Corporation. Proceeding to that, he was Managing Director ASEAN for Novell Inc. In this role, he had geographical responsibility for Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Indo-China and Pakistan. Prior to that he was with AST Computers for 10 years, starting as a Regional Sales Manager in Australia with the founding team, to Country Manager of New Zealand and then Managing Director of South East Asia including Korea where he was based in Singapore.

In 1997, he was awarded the status of Senior Member of the Singapore Computer Society. He has been an Executive Committee Member of the Singapore Computer Society from 1998-2005. An active speaker on issues affecting the IT industry, with key speeches at IT.Com in Bangalore India 2002, and Worldwide Y2K conference Manila 1999. He also served on Business Week Advisory Panel for the Business Week CIO event 1999/2000. He also served on the anti-piracy taskforce for the Karnataka state government in India and represented Novell in the 1998 and 1999 World Economic Conferences held in Singapore.

Mr. Ghebranious is based in Singapore.
