He is in charge of BT Phil Country Operations representing the BT GS Global Telco Market, Financials Services, Enterprise and Government Line of Business in the country, its overall revenue and profitability. |

| Prior to Joining BT, Nilo S. Cruz was the Managing Director HP Philippines Inc, and also the Gen Mgr of its Technology Solutions Group, which encompasses enterprise systems, storage, software, and services for the country. He is responsible for driving the overall revenue and profitability of the company. He was named MD following the merger of HP and Compaq in 2001 and was responsible for leading the successful integration of the two companies in the country. |

| Before this, Nilo was the President and Managing Director of Compaq Computer Philippines, a position he has held since December 1999. Prior to COMPAQ, Nilo was President and CEO of Datacraft Asia in the Philippines for a couple of years. He spent 19 years with IBM during which time he handled the Banking, Insurance, Telecommunication, Airline, Petroleum Industries and Government Sectors in various sales and management positions. Nilo holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Industrial Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology an MBA from the De La Salle Business School and is a License Professional Industrial Engineer. |

| With over 20 years experience in the IT industry, Peter’s career has covered many areas of business management and consulting. Peter joined Avaya in 2002 as the Program Director of Avaya’s FIFA World Cup program in South Korea and Japan. |

Peter started his career in Australia, working with in IT systems integrators working in Solution Implementation, Solution Design and Project Management. In 1998, Peter became COO of a large Systems Integrator after 7 years with the organisation.

Vijay joined BT recently and has over a decade of experience in technical, pre-sales, consulting and delivery of complex Contact Center solutions in Europe, Australia and Asia Pacific customers. Prior to joining BT, Vijay was Asia Pacific head of Managed Services and Consulting at Servion Global Solutions, responsible for contact centre consulting assignments and building strategies for contact centre managed services businesses across the region.

| Prior to joining IDC, Claus had extensive telecom research experience working as an analyst for Informa Telecoms Group in London and subsequently in Hong Kong, covering mobile telecoms in Europe and Asia. He also worked on and led various projects covering mobile data usage in Europe, mobile handset production and reverse logistics in China and Mobile Number Portability around the world. |

| Before becoming a telecoms analyst, Claus was a Legal Officer with the Danish telecoms regulator where he was in charge of the Danish public tenders for two TETRA radio networks and consulted on 2G and 3G tenders and auctions. He also worked on Danish and European Union regulatory reforms representing Denmark in European Union and ITU meetings. |
