Toh Swee Hoe
Senior Director of the Research and Planning Division of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission
TOH Swee Hoe is currently the Senior Director of the Research and Planning Division of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission. In this capacity, he overseas spectrum planning and research, market research and statistical research, as well as knowledge resource management.
Before taking up this present post, he has clocked up thirty two (32) years of experience in various capacities both as a regulator and service provider in the communications and multimedia industry.
He is an engineer by profession and holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, England and an M. Sc. in Digital Systems from Heriot Watt University, Scotland.
