Deepak Jain is General Manager of Managed IT Services division of Wipro Limited. Deepak brings with him a rich business experience of over 19 years at Wipro, where he has performed several roles ranging from Sales, Practice ,Service Delivery & Business unit head. His depth of experience in the IT Services business puts him in good stead in managing the MIT Business, which has emerged as a growth driver for Wipro’s Professional Services business.
Deepak had been instrumental in setting up the Managed IT Services since its inception. Some of the key achievements have been -Innovation in service delivery by using state of the art tools. Wipro was awarded Golden Peacock Award for the same. He built center of Excellence for building Knowledge base as well as Improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction by instituting business process using Six-Sigma methodology.
Prior to this role as Business Head – MIT, he was heading the Telecom Vertical in Wipro for APAC, ME and India. During his stay in Wipro, he has successfully undertaken projects covering a wide sphere of industries and various facets of Information Technology.
Education Qualifications
Deepak holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from Delhi College of Engineering.
