Sudev Bangah
Senior Analyst, Consulting, IDC

Sudev Bangah is a Senior Analyst with IDC Malaysia, responsible for consulting research work and projects conducted in ASEAN, with latest projects looking into areas of outsourcing, specific technologies and telecommunications.

  Prior to joining IDC, Sudev was a Senior Executive at Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (MDeC). During his tenure in MDeC, he was responsible for managing the MSC Malaysia IT Service Management Program (ISO 20000) rollout, to further increase the adoption of the standard across Malaysia. He also comes with project management experience, and led department wide communication initiatives.
 

Sudev is also ITIL® certified and is a committee member of the itSMF Malaysia Chapter, and has discussed and presented publicly on ITSM implementation in Malaysia. He has also successfully completed the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course. Sudev graduated with a Bachelor’s of Psychology from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.

Fumiya Shimizu

  Fumiya will draw on his knowledge as the Manager of PC Asia Marketing Group to give you a view into the future with regards to development innovation, user applications, product designs, and specific announcement roadmaps to assist in your strategic planning. He started his career with Toshiba as a Laptop PC Product Manager in 1990 .  
  During his 18 years with Toshiba, he has taken responsibilities ranging from Sales & Marketing, PSI Management, Business Planning and Controlling for EMEA, Russia, and North America & Oceania. He has also spent in total 5 years in UK and Germany, where Fumiya was responsible for Business Planning and Marketing in North America & Oceania Department, looking after USA, Canada and Australia. He now heads the PC Asia Marketing Group in Asia Department, responsible for overall Marketing issues for all Asian territories.

With over 15 years IT industry experience, Ramaprasad has 11 years experience with Intel and has been involved in various roles within channels and products. He will provide a fantastic perspective as to the emerging challenges of SMBs and what is likely to happen going forward in terms of technologies.


Harry Kwa
Director, Online Services & Windows Business Group, Southeast Asia Regional, Microsoft
 

Harry Kwa is a director of Microsoft’s Online Services & Windows Business Group. He leads the marketing efforts for the Windows operating system in South East Asia to Consumers, Small Medium Businesses, and Enterprise. Prior to his current role, Harry managed Microsoft’s education business in the Asia Pacific Region as its education industry director. He worked closely with governments, schools and universities on the use of technology for teaching, learning and administrative purposes.

 

Harry believes that information and communication technologies can be a powerful catalyst for human capacity building, and that it can be a multiplier to extend the benefits of both formal and information education to larger segments of the population. Harry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Information Studies, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Before he joined Microsoft in 2000, Harry held sales and marketing positions with Imation and 3M.


David Woon
