| Roy Newbury is the Senior Manager for Cisco’s Unified Communications technologies for Cisco Systems, Asia Pacific. Roy leads a team of Consulting Engineers and Product Managers that support the development and adoption of new technology solutions for Cisco’s customers and business partners in the Asia Pacific region |

Mr. Newbury joined Cisco in 1997 in Australia, leading a Systems Engineering team. In 2000 he moved to Beijing, China and spent 5 years with Cisco China leading the development of Technical & Sales resources, managing product & technology requirements for the Chinese market. He moved to Singapore in 2005 to take on Asia Pacific responsibilities in the Advanced & Emerging Technologies group. |

Roy has a broad background in Data & Telecommunications Industry spanning 25 years. He started his career with British Telecommunications in London working in their International Data Communications Centre, before taking on various support and management roles in the UK and Australia.

Raveesh Gupta |

Raveesh has spent 19 years in the IT industry, and has worked with organizations like Apple, and Quark, Inc., prior to joining Microsoft. Raveesh joined Microsoft India, more than 6 years ago. Raveesh has experience in incubating new products, managing geo-expansions, besides core marketing, across segments. In India, with Microsoft, in his last job, Raveesh helped manage the Information Worker business, besides owning the Localization Program.

In Malaysia, where he moved about 1.5 years ago, Raveesh is the Director of Information Worker Business Group, and his charter includes spearheading the penetration, deployment and adoption of the new Unified Communications range of products and solutions, besides Microsoft Office 2007 System. |

Stephan Wissel |

Stephan Wissel is IBM's Lotus Technology and Productivity Advisor for Asia Pacific. He has more than 25 years of experience with IBM and Lotus Technologies. After studying law and economics he started career as application developer for the then emerging PC technology and acquired the status of a principal as Certified Lotus Professional and Certified Lotus Instructor. He provided services for many top organizations in the financial, entertainment and travel industry as well as government organizations. |

Besides his technical knowledge about IBM, OpenSource and Open Standards, he holds a certification as Counsellor for personcentric development. Today he advises IBM's clients on open standards, collaboration, social software and the rapidly evolving Enterprise 2.0 space. He is from German origin who made Singapore his home for the 21st century. |

Lincoln Lee is the Telecommunication Research Manager, with IDC Malaysia, responsible for telecommunication research and consulting for the Malaysia and Indonesia markets. In this role, he has contributed extensively in developing IDC's telecommunications and IT research in Malaysia and Asia/Pacific, as well as emerging markets in the ASEAN region. Lincoln was also instrumental in establishing the scanner and multi-function printer research in Malaysia, as well as covering the scanner research for Singapore. |

With his strong research background and understanding of the ICT markets, Lincoln has participated in various consulting projects and multi-client studies in Malaysia and the Asia/Pacific region. Some of the projects he has participated includes Initial Public Offering (IPO) projects, telecommunication industry development projects, and Customer Satisfaction Studies. In 2004, he published IDC's landmark study on the emerging IT market in Brunei. |

In recognition of his leadership role and consistent efforts in developing IDC's telecommunication research , Lincoln was awarded the “IDC Asia/Pacific Best Country Research Quality & Timeliness Award” in 2004, “IDC Malaysia Best Initiative Award” in 2005, and “IDC Asia/Pacific Best Country Research Support” in 2006. In 2007, he was awarded “IDC Asia/Pacific Client Service Award” for delivering excellent customer service. He has also been frequently featured in prominent local news publications and talk shows on topics ranging from telecommunications to e-Commerce.

Lincoln is a graduate from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor's of Science (Hon) majoring in Computer and Business Studies. During his time in the university, Lincoln undertook various research internships with Ernst & Young Malaysia and Shell Malaysia Trading. |

Jaygan-Fu Ponnudurai |

Jaygan Fu Ponnudurai is an Associate Market Analyst for the Personal Systems Research Group in IDC Malaysia. He is responsible for researching, analyzing and forecasting the Malaysian PC market on quarterly basis. In addition, he also supports consulting projects mainly in the area of the Personal Systems industry. |

Prior to joining IDC, Jaygan was an intern at General Electrics and Cargill. His tasks include process optimization and ergonomics. In pursuant of his undergraduate degree, he also conducted a research on low noise amplifiers for 3G applications. |

Jaygan holds a Master in Engineering Project Management from University of Melbourne and an honours degree in Electronics from Multimedia University, Malaysia. |
