| Sudev Bangah is a Senior Analyst with IDC Malaysia, responsible for consulting research work and projects conducted in ASEAN, with latest projects looking into areas of outsourcing, specific technologies and telecommunications. |

Prior to joining IDC, Sudev was a Senior Executive at Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (MDeC). During his tenure in MDeC, he was responsible for managing the MSC Malaysia IT Service Management Program (ISO 20000) rollout, to further increase the adoption of the standard across Malaysia. He also comes with project management experience, and led department wide communication initiatives.

| Sudev is also ITIL® certified and is a committee member of the itSMF Malaysia Chapter, and has discussed and presented publicly on ITSM implementation in Malaysia. He has also successfully completed the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course. Sudev graduated with a Bachelor’s of Psychology from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. |

Wong Wai Meng is the Senior Product Marketing Manager of Computer Systems Division in Toshiba Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Toshiba Corporation. This division is the regional headquarter representing Toshiba’s full range of notebook computers and options in South and South East Asia. |

Wai Meng processes more than 14 years of experience in the information technology industry. Her career in Toshiba began in 1996 when she commenced a role as Systems Support Specialist, providing both systems and software support to the company’s personal computer equipment distributors and key corporate customers. |

In 2001, Ms Wong became the Product Marketing Manager with full product management and marketing responsibilities for the personal computer business in South and South East Asia. |

In the current capacity, Wai Meng is also involved in new products planning, design and development for the personal computer business. She is concurrently an active member of Toshiba’s Personal Computer global product marketing organization with responsibilities for South and South East Asia. |
