| Roger Ling is IDC's Program Manager
specializing in Software research for
the ASEAN market, based in Kuala Lumpur.
In this role, he is responsible for analyzing
and forecasting the local software market,
focusing primarily on the Business Intelligence,
and Database and Enterprise Application
segments. He is not only a key contributor
of the Malaysia Software Tracker product,
he is also the anchor analyst for IDC's
online gaming and security research for
the Indonesia market. His expertise and
insight into the Malaysia software market
has been instrumental in several successful
multiclient studies and Asia/Pacific government
consulting projects. |

Prior to joining IDC, Roger was with
Microsoft's Dynamics business unit,
where he was involved in channel management
of the Microsoft Dynamics channel in
Malaysia with a strong focus on growing
the installed base. During his tenure,
the local business unit achieved one
of the highest maintenance renewal rates
in the Asia/Pacific region, while at
the same time, achieving Microsoft's
coveted Yellow Jersey Award, which is
presented to the fastest growing local
business units worldwide.

a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

| Alan Bentley, has recently been tasked
with the management of the Strategic Business
Unit for Vulnerability Management Solutions
globally. |

| Alan was previously the Regional VP
EMEA Lumension Security Ltd and responsible
for the management of 5 key areas of EMEA.
These include the UK, Nordic Countries,
Eastern Europe, Middle- East, and Africa
. |

| Alan joined the company on October 2004 |

| He has for the last 4 years been responsible
for set up of the EMEA operation at Lumension
where he has spearheaded the growth of
the company across the entire region.
Alan has been involved at the outset with
all aspect of the business including not
only business operations but marketing
strategies. Alan set up the first PR contract
for Lumension and has acted as a primary
spokesperson ever since |

with many global enterprise customers
in helping define and implement technology
around the solutions that Lumension provides.
This gives him a unique insight into the
market and business requirements driving
the needs of today’s business in an ever-changing
technology market space. |

Mark Tan |

| Mark Tan is a Senior Sales Engineer
with McAfee, the world's largest dedicated
security technology company. Prior to
joining McAfee, Mark was Sales Engineer
for CyberGuard and Secure Computing. He
has over 10 years of experience designing,
implementing and supporting CyberGuard
and Secure Computing products. He also
serves as a training instructor for the
Network Security Business Unit (NSBU)
in McAfee. |

Richard Ting |

As the VP, Asia Pacific of SonicWALL, Richard Ting is responsible for the business development, channel, and distributor management of SonicWALL in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Ting joined SonicWALL in 2007, bringing over a decade of extensive experience in the network security market with a focus on product management and international business.

| Previous to SonicWALL, Mr. Ting held executive positions for 11 years at Aventail, the leader in enterprise-class remote access solutions prior to its acquisition by SonicWALL, Inc. At Aventail, Mr. Ting served as VP of Asia Pacific; director of product management, director of systems engineering, and director of integration services. |

Prior to Aventail, Mr. Ting served as director of product management for CompuServe’s Internet Division, where he was a key contributor to CompuServe’s retail and consumer-based products, and managed the development of SPRY’s Internet In A Box and enterprise TCP/IP connectivity applications. |
