| James Wilson is Juniper Networks’ Director of the Carrier Partner Group, responsible for the development of retail and enterprise service offering by service providers that are built on Juniper’s infrastructure and CPE products. |

| James has worked in the telecommunications industry for 18 years in a variety of sales, marketing and management capacities at carriers (AAPT, Optus) and vendors (including at Cisco) across Asia Pacific. |

| He is 50 years of age, married and resides in Singapore with his family. |

| Lincoln is a graduate from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor's of Science (Hon) majoring in Computer and Business Studies. During his time in the university, Lincoln undertook various research internships with Ernst & Young Malaysia and Shell Malaysia Trading. |

| Lincoln Lee is the Telecommunication Research Manager, with IDC Malaysia, responsible for telecommunication research and consulting for the Malaysia and Indonesia markets. In this role, he has contributed extensively in developing IDC's telecommunications and IT research in Malaysia and Asia/Pacific, as well as emerging markets in the ASEAN region. Lincoln was also instrumental in establishing the scanner and multi-function printer research in Malaysia, as well as covering the scanner research for Singapore. |

With his strong research background and understanding of the ICT markets, Lincoln has participated in various consulting projects and multi-client studies in Malaysia and the Asia/Pacific region. Some of the projects he has participated includes Initial Public Offering (IPO) projects, telecommunication industry development projects, and Customer Satisfaction Studies. In 2004, he published IDC's landmark study on the emerging IT market in Brunei.

| In recognition of his leadership role and consistent efforts in developing IDC's telecommunication research , Lincoln was awarded the “IDC Asia/Pacific Best Country Research Quality & Timeliness Award” in 2004, “IDC Malaysia Best Initiative Award” in 2005, and “IDC Asia/Pacific Best Country Research Support” in 2006. In 2007, he was awarded “IDC Asia/Pacific Client Service Award” for delivering excellent customer service. He has also been frequently featured in prominent local news publications and talk shows on topics ranging from telecommunications to e-Commerce. |
