| Patrick Chan, Ph.D., has over 18 years
of academics and industry consulting experience,
serving in roles as diverse as technical
director, global architect, e-government
specialist, business development and alliances
director, and research scientist. |

As Chief Technology Advisor of IDC's
Asia/Pacific Emerging Technologies practice
based in Singapore, Patrick's focus
and expertise is in the areas of Service-Oriented-Architecture
(SOA), Business Activity Monitoring,
Composite Applications, Standards and
Integrations (EAI), Grid Computing,
Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure,
and other emerging technologies. He
works extensively across consulting
and with IDC’s industry insights teams.
He continues his extensive work with
CXOs and the industry on innovations
to better enable business functions,
through his advisory roles for the Standard
Operating Environment initiatives in
various industrial, governmental and
academic institutions. He regularly
presents at IDC's CIO summits and leads
in IDC's Dynamic IT Benchmarking studies,
advising and working with corporate
CXOs on their IT refresh and business
sourcing decisions. His work also includes
creating content for and leading IDC's
EDGE workshops specifically designed
for CIOs in the areas of Dynamic Sourcing,
SOAs, Virtualization, ITSM and ITIL
V3, IT consolidation and governance.
He is also a founding member of IDC’s
Asia Pacific Emerging Technologies Council,
which is comprised of 10 senior IDC
executives identifying emerging trends
and technologies such as Green IT and
Digital Marketplace.

| Prior to joining IDC, Patrick worked
with OASIS (Organization for the Advancement
of Structured Information Standards),
a not-for-profit, international consortium
that drives the development, convergence,
and adoption of e-business standards,
as its Asia-Pacific Representative. In
this role, he supported and expanded the
Consortium's activities across the region
through focused educational and business
development initiatives. Under his technical
leadership, Patrick has overseen the deployment
of many EAI and enterprise integration
projects of which many are highly successful.

| Prior to OASIS, Patrick held various
appointments with webMethods, TIBCO, Mentortech
and the Institute of System Science. His
doctoral research involved decision fusion
techniques, statistical machine learning
and artificial neural networks algorithms,
intelligent patterns and characters imaging
recognition engines. His other expertise
includes 3D animations and modeling. |

Bill Rossi |

| |
| Bill Rossi is Director of Marketing,
Enterprise at Google. His team is chartered
with bringing the benefits of cloud computing
to businesses, government agencies, and
educational institutions. Bill has helped
guide the strategic marketing direction
and day-to-day operations of the team
since December 2007. Google's Enterprise
products include Google Apps hosted software
applications, Google Search Appliance,
Postini email security services, and Enterprise
versions of Google Earth and Maps. |

| Prior to joining Google, Bill was CEO
of Greenfield Networks, a Sequoia-backed
semiconductor start-up acquired by Cisco
Systems in December 2007. Prior to Greenfield,
Bill was VP/GM of the Wireless Business
Unit at Cisco. In this role, he contributed
to the group’s tremendous growth, expanding
revenues from $0 to $650M during his tenure,
and establishing Cisco as the market leader
in wireless networking with over 50% share.
Bill came to Cisco in November 1995 with
the acquisition of Grand Junction Networks,
a Fast Ethernet start-up. The product
line now produces over $5B in annual revenues,
making it one of Cisco's most successful
acquisitions in history. |

| Bill worked in a variety of product
marketing positions over four years at
Quantum Corporation, Bill also spent four
years as a marketing manager at Quantum
Corporation, a leader in mass storage.
He helped grow the business from $100
million to over $1 billion with significant
PC OEM design wins at Apple, Compaq, IBM,
and Dell Computer. |

Matthew Rickard,Head

| Matthew Rickard brings more than 10
years experience to Netsuite in sales
management, business development, channel
sales, and marketing activities for technology
businesses in Asia Pacific. At Netsuite
he holds the position of Regional Sales
Manager, Asia and is responsible for business
development across the region. Having
joined in 2004 with an avid interest in
SaaS technology, he has since developed
the channel strategy for South East Asia,
recruited teams in both Singapore and
Hong Kong, and has consistently grown
revenues year-on-year. Prior to Netsuite
he was the Managing Director of Castle
IT based in Australia, an SME delivering
security solutions to enterprise businesses.
Prior to focusing his career in Asia,
Matthew also held positions at McAfee
Security and LAN Systems (Australia).
Matthew’s experience spans the entire
product life cycle from product development,
through marketing to sales and account
management, and his industry understanding
from distribution through to end user
sales and delivery. To balance out his
professional life, Matthew devotes considerable
time and energy to humanitarian efforts
and is predominately involved in the support
of orphanages in some of the less fortunate
regions of South East Asia. |

| Shaifubahrim Mohd Saleh has more than
25 years of hands-on strategic and operational
management experience working for 5 multinational
companies in Malaysia and the region,
as well as providing consulting to Government
and Private Enterprises. He is certified
in Change Management by Pritchett Rummler-Brache
to consult in Corporate Growth, Culture
Change and Performance Improvement. His
industry experience covers Information
Technology, Telecommunications, Insurance,
Government, Defense and Public Utilities.
He facilitates executive seminars on leadership
and strategy locally and abroad. |

He has been extensively
involved in the ICT industry in Malaysia,
Middle East and across the Asian region
from managing ICT companies to advising
national bodies in ICT policies and
implementation. His vast IT, Telecommunication
& Internet know-how and experience
are derived from working in:
- IBM (1983-88) and
Oracle Systems (1990-95) servicing
the Government, Defense and Public
Utilities sectors,
- Logica (1989)
and Data General (1995) providing
enterprise resource management solutions
to many industries,
- Banyan Systems Asia
(1996-99), Aironet Wireless Communications
AP/J and Cisco Systems Malaysia (1999-2001)
as Managing Directors.

| He had been a Board member and an Audit
Committee member of the Multimedia Super
Corridor project (MSC) Malaysia from 1999
– 2004 during which he was also on the
Boards of the Investment Committee, Remuneration
and Nomination Committee and the Tender
Board Committee. He is also familiar with
MDC subsidiaries in particular G-Tek Electronics,
MSCTC and MSCMS, having served as Chairman
of the Board and Board Member respectively.

he had served as Chairman of the Association
for two terms (1997-1998). His current
capacity in the Association is Advisor,

and he also chairs the Association’s Export

Council (since 1998), Chapter member of
Talents-Ideas-Enterprise (TiE) Council

Group of Companies. He is also the Executive

Aged 49, Shaifu holds a Bachelors of Science

with 3 lovely kids, he resides in Petaling

| Aaron is the Chairman and Co-founder
of International Association of Software
Architects (IASA) Asia Pacific since 2004
and was actively involved in setting up
and leading IASA Chapter across Asia Pacific
countries and is well connected with the
industry leaders and government bodies
in the respective countries. Aaron has
a strong passion in the IT Architecture
related field as he believes that only
with proper understanding and implementation
of the IT Architecture blueprint that
IT will bring maximum values to the business.

in business, technology, culture and politics,
Aaron has more than 15 years experience
in start-up companies, MNCs, government,
ISV, manufacturing, logistics, transportation,
consulting, FMCG, FSI and setting up of
NGO bodies like ISAC-M and IASA in various
countries and involved in various IT projects
and roles across Asia Pacific, the US
and UK. He was previously working as a
Director of Financial Services Platform
Strategy with Microsoft and was responsible
for engaging with both technical and business
decision makers in the Financial Services
Industry in transforming their customers,
employees and operations’ experience so
they can maximize opportunities for increased
market share and profitability. Prior
to that, he was a Regional Chief Architect
with one of UK’s leading IT and business
strategy consulting firms based in Singapore.
