| Claus Mortensen is the Principal for
IDC's Emerging Technology Advisory Services
– including the Digital Marketplace &
New Media program. He is based in IDC's
Asia/Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong. |

| As a founding member of IDC's Emerging
Technologies Council, Claus' main focus
is to identify 'The Next Big Thing' in
the ITC space as well as explore the impact
of Web 2.0 and New Media in the Asian
Digital Marketplace. |

| Claus was previously Research Manager
in IDC's Asia/Pacific Telecommunications
research program with more than 8 years
of experience in the area. |
| |
| Prior to joining IDC, Claus had extensive
telecom research experience working as
an analyst for Informa Telecoms Group
in London and subsequently in Hong Kong,
covering mobile telecoms in Europe and
Asia. He also worked on and led various
projects covering mobile data usage in
Europe, mobile handset production and
reverse logistics in China and Mobile
Number Portability around the world. |

| Before becoming a telecoms analyst,
Claus was a Legal Officer with the Danish
telecoms regulator where he was in charge
of the Danish public tenders for two TETRA
radio networks and consulted on 2G and
3G tenders and auctions. He also worked
on Danish and European Union regulatory
reforms representing Denmark in European
Union and ITU meetings. |

| Claus is often quoted in regional and
local publications like Reuters, The Deal
and Hong Kong and Singapore newspapers.
He has also appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg
TV. |

| Claus holds a Master's degree in Law
from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. |

Communications Ltd was founded. SAP acquired
Wicom in 2007. In addition to contact
centers and business applications, Markku
has several years of experience from leading
the service development of managed services
at Fujitsu Services. |

| Jon Farmer is the CRM Lead for Microsoft
in Asia. Based in Singapore, Jon directs
Microsoft’s marketing and business management
for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM® product
across the Asia region, including Australia/New
Zealand, China, India, Japan, and SE Asia. |

| Jon joined Microsoft in May 2006 as
a Global Senior Product Manager for Microsoft
Dynamics CRM®, based at Microsoft
headquarters in Redmond, WA. Before Microsoft,
Jon lived in Southeast Asia where he built
and marketed a Loyalty Management software
solution for telecommunications and financial
services organizations. In the early days
of the CRM industry, Jon led worldwide
product marketing at Clarify, a pioneer
in the CRM field. Over his career, Jon
has held management positions at BEA Systems,
Netscape Communications and several internet
“start-ups”. Jon earned his MBA from Fuqua
School of Business, Duke University and
a BA in History from UCLA. |

| Peter heads the Collaboration Technology
Solutions Marketing team for Asia Pac
within Cisco Systems, this comprises the
areas of Unified Communications, Business
Video and Collaboration Software. Having
lived in Singapore for 14 years Peter
was previously the Managing Director for
GN Netcom (Jabra) in Asia for close to
seven years. |

Export Counselor at the Danish Embassy,
Peter worked within a subsidiary of the
Danish Networking Gear Manufacturer Olicom.

the CCAS (Contact Centre Association of
Singapore) where he was the Vice Chairman
until last year and spearheaded the creation
of Telemarketing Guidelines for the Financial
Industry in Singapore working with the
Government and the Industry. |
